Returning Unwanted Products:
- Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs for unwanted items.
- Single cards must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
- Sealed products and accessories must be returned in their original, undamaged, and unopened packaging.
- Products not meeting these conditions will be refunded at 50% of the sale value.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Products:
- Faulty or damaged goods, occurring before customer receipt, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- If you inform us first with information/images regarding the fault/damage, we can provide a postage label for you at no cost.
- Products returned due to faults or damage are typically replaced or exchanged for identical products.
