Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders received within 1-2 working day(s) from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

During peak seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas, shipping delays may occur due to the increased order volume. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are committed to processing all orders as swiftly as possible. Please note that express orders receive priority if there are any delays in shipping.

If there are any dispatch delays, you will find this information prominently displayed at the top of our website.

If your order includes both pre-order item(s) and in-stock item(s), please anticipate dispatch when all items are available. To receive your items more promptly, we recommend placing separate orders.

Express Courier Service

Orders placed for express delivery will be sent out on the same day if received before 2 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

For orders received after 2 pm, they will be dispatched on the following working day.

Bank Holiday

Please be aware that local Bank Holidays and closures may impact your delivery schedule. For instance, while 2nd January is a Bank Holiday in Scotland, it is not observed in England.
